Correct commissioning steps for hydraulic riveting machine

1. Please unpack the outer package of the equipment, remove the waterproof plastic cover, and remove the four fixed nuts and screws. Place the device on the ground without anchor screws or cushions, as long as it is smooth and without shaking.

2. Add about 35 liters of No.30 hydraulic oil through the side hole of the tank, and the amount to be added shall be subject to the intermediate value of the oil temperature gauge. The power supply is 380 VOLTS, and the wiring is three-phase four-wire system. The connection mode has been marked on the wire head. A, B, and C are connected to the three-phase power supply. Wire E is connected to the neutral wire (not the ground wire). Otherwise, the device cannot work.

3, if the use of leakage protector, please choose four type. If the use of three line leakage protector, because the zero line in the leakage protector monitoring, the protector will start power off. At the base of the fuselage, find the terminal post marked with grounding mark and install the grounding cable.

4. Turn on the power switch and click the "oil pump start" switch to check whether the oil pump motor turns clockwise. Otherwise, please replace any two phases in the power line of "A", "B" and "C".

5, hydraulic riveting machine debugging steps: open the power switch, pull out the counter protection case, set the value of 9999, set the rate of ×1, and then press the RESET (RESET) key to clear the original memory inside the electric appliance, switch to manual, and then turn off the power switch.
