Therefore, the connection quality of the riveting point can be judged by measuring the bottom thickness of the riveting point. The base thickness can be measured with a special centrometer.

Whether the riveting pressure is within the set range can be monitored by the monitoring system of the riveting equipment itself. The riveting pressure of each riveting point is fed back through the monitoring system. If the riveting pressure exceeds the set range, the monitoring system will send out an alarm signal to remind the inspection equipment.
