1. The operator of servo compressor should understand the principle of hydraulic system, understand the effect of the primary hydraulic components of the equipment, and grasp the operation order of the system. Before starting the equipment, check whether all movement organizations and solenoid valves are in the initial state, check the oil level of the tank, if abnormal or lack of oil is found, it should be prohibited to start the hydraulic pump motor, and find repair personnel to repair. The operator should often check the operating condition of the hydraulic system, observe the working pressure and speed, check the size of the workpiece and the wear condition of the props, to ensure the operation of the hydraulic system stable and reliable.

2, in winter, when the oil temperature of the tank does not reach 25℃, the executive organizations can not start the operation in order, but can only start the hydraulic pump motor to make the hydraulic pump empty operation. During the summer operation, when the oil temperature in the tank is higher than 60℃, pay attention to investigate the working condition of the hydraulic system, and tell the repair personnel to deal with it. The operator shall not damage the interlocking equipment of the electrical system, nor push the electronic control valve by hand, nor damage or arbitrarily move the position of each operating gear.

3. Hydraulic machine equipment which is shut down for more than 4 hours should start the hydraulic pump motor for 5-10min before starting operation. When there is something wrong with the hydraulic system, the operator can not move without permission, and should immediately report the repair part. Should always adhere to the cleaning of hydraulic equipment, to avoid dust, cutting fluid, cutting, cotton yarn and other debris into the tank.
