Riveting machine (also known as riveting machine, rotary riveting machine, riveting machine, rolling riveting machine, etc.) is a new type of riveting equipment developed on the basis of cold rolling principle, which refers to mechanical equipment that can be riveted together with rivets. Riveting machine is mainly used for the connection between plate and rivet. Special riveting nuts are generally used. By pressure extrusion, the nuts and screws are perfectly fastened together with the plate. Chassis cabinet, auto parts, air duct, air valve, washing machine casing and so on. Now there is a relatively advanced process called riveting without rivets. As the name suggests, the two plates are riveted directly together without rivets.

Matters needing attention in the work of riveting machine

(1) Pay attention to the pressure gauge, when the air source pressure is lower than 0.4mpa pressure, should stop riveting.

(2) During the work, if the equipment is found to be faulty, it should be checked and removed. If the fault is serious, riveting should be stopped and repaired.

(3) Pay attention to the number and diameter of rivets, should not exceed the load of pressure riveting machine, pressure formed upsetting head and riveting material and diameter related (as shown in the table below).
