Daily maintenance of riveting machine

1. Open the air compressor before starting the equipment, and check whether there is air leakage in the pipeline between the air compressor and the machine, and check the output pressure gauge value of the air compressor ≥0 and 75Mpa, and check the input pressure gauge value of the machine ≥0 and 45Mpa.

2. Start the equipment for trial operation, check whether there is any abnormal phenomenon in the mechanical and electrical system of the equipment, and report to the equipment personnel immediately if there is. Every day ensure to inject two to three times of N46 oil into the oil injection hole, stop.

3, process equipment and station equipment clamping check whether it is normal, to prevent damage to equipment and accidents.

4. Start up and run after everything is normal.

5. Wipe the equipment after it is shut down.
